Cancellations
If you have to cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
More than 12 weeks before date of arrival – deposit only
Between 12 and 8 weeks before arrival – 50% of total cost
Between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival – 75% of total cost
4 weeks or less before arrival – 100% of total cost
You are advised to have your own insurance in case of cancellation.
If I have to cancel, I will refund in full all payments made to me, unless the cause of cancellation is due to circumstances beyond my (or my suppliers’) control. If an advertised teacher is unable to teach, I will make every endeavour to find a suitable alternative teacher, and in this event, it may not be possible to offer a refund to participants. Please note that I cannot refund travel costs and other expenses.
